Use this when

Use this guide when you are learning the product model or choosing your first complete workflow.

Use this page when a product term slows you down. The plain-language meaning comes first; technical detail belongs in the operator and developer guides.

Workspace

A workspace is one business's people, records, settings, connections, and history. Keep each business in its own workspace so its data and permissions stay separate.

Today

Today is the starting point for daily work. It groups items into Do, Approve, Decide, and Consider so you can choose the right human action.

Approval

An approval is a prepared action waiting for a person to authorize it. Approval does not mean the action already ran.

Integration

An integration is a connected outside service such as Gmail, a calendar, or Stripe. The connection supplies data or performs a specific supported action.

Provider

A provider is the outside service that receives or supplies data. Provider setup belongs in System, and provider results need a recorded receipt.

Module

A module turns a capability on or off for a workspace. A disabled module hides its working surface and makes its tools unavailable.

Plugin

A plugin is an extension that adds a focused report, workflow, or business workspace while reusing Command Center records, permissions, approvals, and history.

Activity receipt

An activity receipt records what the system attempted, what a provider reported, and whether the result is confirmed. Use action results before retrying an uncertain action.

Self-hosting

Self-hosting means your team operates the application, database, backups, updates, and provider accounts. Start with installation.

What to know

Availability depends on enabled modules, workspace permissions, provider connections, and the current installation. Check the recorded status before relying on a live result.
