Inbox
Triage leads, messages, tasks, and staged actions that still need a person.

Use this when
Use this guide when leads, deals, proposals, or follow-up are waiting without a clear owner or next action.
Inbox is the triage surface at /admin/inbox. It collects work that arrived and still needs a human decision: a new lead, a contact import row, a chat handoff, a task, a proposal, a partner application, coworker output, or a staged action.
Filtering to one kind of thing
The default view, All, shows everything at once, with live counts that update as new items arrive. You can narrow it to just leads, contacts, chat handoffs, tasks, proposals, partners, coworker output, or staged actions when you want to work through one category without the rest competing for your attention.
Working a row
Opening a row takes you to the actual record it belongs to, where you reply, accept, reject, or assign it using the same services the rest of the workspace already runs on. Inbox itself is a queue over those records, not a separate system with its own rules, so nothing you do here behaves differently than doing the equivalent action from the record's own screen.
Refresh reloads the list without navigating you away from the page, and if that reload fails, the last good list you saw stays visible rather than disappearing, so a flaky connection does not leave you staring at an empty screen.
How this differs from Today and Conversations
How it relates to Today and Conversations
Today ranks the most urgent subset across the whole workspace, including some of the same work. Conversations is the place you actually reply to a thread. Inbox is the catch-all for new items that have not been worked yet. Use Today to start the morning, Inbox to clear intake, and Conversations when you are answering someone.
What to know
Availability depends on enabled modules, workspace permissions, provider connections, and the current installation. Check the recorded status before relying on a live result.
