Use this when

Use this guide when you need to distinguish commercial value, invoice balances, provider payments, and collected cash.

Open /admin/revenue to review recorded client value and accepted proposals. The current screen calculates its figures from client and proposal records. It does not report cash collected from a payment provider.

What the figures mean

FigureSource in the current application
Monthly recurring revenueMonthly values on active client records
One-time valueOne-time values recorded on client records
Average client valueActive-client monthly total divided by the active-client count
Industry breakdownActive-client monthly values grouped by industry
Accepted proposal valueMonthly totals on accepted proposals

The MRR timeline is derived from client status and contract-start dates, falling back to record creation dates when a start date is missing. Treat it as a view of your recorded client data, useful for spotting a trend, rather than an immutable ledger of every invoice, payment, and contract change that ever happened.

Investigate a difference

  1. Identify the figure and the records included in it. Compare monthly value with monthly value; keep one-time amounts separate.
  2. Open the relevant client or proposal and check status, amount and dates against the agreement.
  3. Compare with Pipeline only after checking what that view counts. An opportunity amount, a client agreement and an accepted proposal can represent different stages of the same business.
  4. Correct a demonstrated source-record error through its supported edit flow, then reload Revenue.

Do not change a record merely to make two reports agree. If the inputs are correct and the calculation still differs, report the expected formula and example record IDs to the technical owner.

What to know

Availability depends on enabled modules, workspace permissions, provider connections, and the current installation. Check the recorded status before relying on a live result.
